In 2009, Epiphany Community Services began in recognition of the need to provide practical, affordable options for evaluation, training, organization development consulting, data collection, and technology solutions to under-served organizations. We take great pride in being able to bring our expertise to diverse areas that are traditionally ignored by others.

Our mission is to bring practical solutions to complex problems.

We work to understand the community organizations we work with and the unique communities they work in. From there, we connect them with the solutions that they need — and the most straightforward path toward their success. Through our experience and expertise, we’re able to quickly analyze organizations, identify their major challenges, and find solutions to address these challenges as effectively as possible. In so doing, we’re able to give communities the support they need to successfully implement programs and services.

Change management and technology are core components of our strategic vision. We understand that many companies and organizations are currently in a state of flux and being forced to evolve and adapt to new environments. By sharing our vision with our clients, we are also able to share our vision with the communities they provide with services.

Our client-focused philosophy is based on a simple set of principles. These principles are what guide us ethically and give us direction.

Honesty: We strive to be transparent in our business practices and decisions. We ensure clients understand all aspects of our work before we begin, and we keep our clients fully informed of the process so that we earn trust and build long-term relationships. Better transparency leads to clients who are better informed, and consequently better able to advocate for themselves.

Quality: Quality of knowledge, quality of service, and quality of the product is the foundation of our practice. With over 60 years of hands-on experience in nonprofit and business communities, our staff brings a high quality of service to all aspects of our work.

Reliability: Saying what we do and doing what we say is not a slogan but our reality. We can be trusted to fulfill our commitments. If our clients aren’t able to trust us, they can’t work effectively with us.

Wisdom: Communities are the best source of wisdom about their current needs and hopes for the future. We believe that information gained through listening to the community begets knowledge and knowledge in action begets wisdom to act in the community’s best interest.
