Elizabethtown Area Communities That Care Video Receives 3rd Place Honors in Positive Community Norms Campaign in PA

Youth members of the Elizabethtown Area Communities That Care (EACTC) coalition, located in Pennsylvania, stand proudly with a check for $2,500 from Communities in Schools. The coalition entered a contest focused on creating positive community norms to reduce the misperception of youth in regard to alcohol and underage drinking. The completed project included a video, t-­shirts, posters and banners designed around the theme “Paws and Think.”
