In the fall of 2021, we surveyed ECS clients to gather information about salaries, benefits, education level, position at your organization, and more. We collected this to share the results with all of you in hopes that it helps give a sense of coalition salaries across multiple states. Please understand that we cross-sectioned data where applicable to enable you to see salaries and what type of experience, education level, and other factors that could impact the salaries you are seeing.
The document attached below is a guide we hope will help you advocate for your salary, benefits, and more. The results are provided in an overall view to allow you to see what the data shows when looking at all of the survey results combined. We had 44 total respondents from 15 states, which we then used to break up the data by region to give you a narrow look at the data.
