VP of Research
Mary Ann Wojton earned a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University, Master of Science from Western Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science from Miami University. She spent almost 20 years at COSI, a science center in Columbus, Ohio, doing education programs before coming to research. With this experience, she understands the many moving parts involved in successful programs.
In addition to traditional data collection methods, i.e., interviews and questionnaires, Dr. Wojton enjoys creative data collection methods, such as photo-referent interviews, card sorts, and games.

What skill would you like to master?
I’d like to learn how to create stained glass artwork, tai chi, and swim strokes.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite comfort food is mashed cauliflower. I broil the cauliflower with a little olive oil, then I mash it in my food processor with a little greek yogurt.
What personality trait has gotten you in the most trouble?
My independence
What is your favorite book/TV show?
I like mystery books. Currently I’m finishing the Myron Bolitar mystery series by Harlan Coben.
